JOX is now hosted on sourceforge.net and is available at http://sourceforge.net/projects/jox

You'll also need the Java API for XML Parsing. You may also be able to use the latest version of the Xerces XML parser from Apache, but I am not so sure about that.

As of version 1.9 of JOX, you also need my DTD Parser.
